A whole new experience for MSPA Europe as we travel offshore to the beautiful island of Sardinia for our 2012 conference.

Chosen by members for our next conference destination, Sardinia offers us a beautiful climate, an exceptional resort hotel, and simply the best conference facilities around.

Our theme this year, ESPERIENZA MISTERIOSA, encourages us to explore the mysteries of Customer Service Measurement from new angles and with different perspectives. We have retained many of the features of previous conferences and incorporated many new experiences for our delegates……but you’ll have to come to the conference to discover what mysteries will unfold.

We have major keynote speakers from Israel, Spain, Romania and the USA already booked, and there will be workshop sessions covering topics of National and International interest.

 A full social programme is planned, using the unique facilities of this magnificent beachside resort. Ample time for networking, socialising and relaxing is built into the conference programme.

Travel details…..

The nearest airport is CAGLIARI. Direct flights are available from most major European cities, and indirect flights can be taken via Rome, Milan or Turin. Taxi transfers to the hotel take just 45 minutes.

MSPA have reserved rooms at VILLAGE hotel of the Chia Laguna resort at special rates.

Single Room    : €135 per night                      Double Room     : €190 per night

There are 3 different hotels in the Chia Laguna resort; Laguna (5*), Village (4+*) and BAIA (3+*).

These rates include breakfast and buffet dinner, and are well under half the standard room rates. Why not extend your stay for a few days after the conference? These rates will be available only to conference delegates.

Consullcongress, is our hotel agent in Sardinia, they are managing all hotel reservations for the MSPA conference. In case you like to reserve one of the other hotels or room types at the Chia please contact Consulcongress, our hotel agent, directly to discuss the possibilities (mspa2012@consulcongress.it)

Due to the location of the resort, alternative hotel accommodation is not readily available but it will be possible for delegates to upgrade (or downgrade?) into different grades of room at Chia Laguna if they wish. Also apartments are available at delegate rates for those who wish to bring their partners and/or families. May is one of the busiest month in Sardinia and we therefore like to recommend booking your hotel accommodation right away! Just complete the online hotel reservation form and return this directly to Consulcongress (the hotelagent who manages all reservations at the Chia)

(The Chia Laguna resort reserved a limited number of rooms for MSPA Europe until April 30th, 2012. After this dates rooms are only available on request and the special MSPA rate is not guaranteed anymore!)
