We all face different times now, that many people call difficult times.

As previously, we want to be your partner by giving you the platform for innovation and knowledge, supporting your activities through training and education.
We will want to tell you in a few words how we will support you in these different times.
In the next few years we will continue to organize regular Mystery Shopping workshops for your new staff
(1st level) and advanced staff (2nd level), and we will also make mystery shopper certification easier to use.
About our workshops
For 2010, we will prepare a workshop schedule depending on your needs which you have provided us in the latest member survey. But if you have other suggestions, don’t hesitate to contact me!
Most of the feedback we received from the members is to organize workshops in different languages and combine them with our annual conference.
We will look into these two options in the upcoming months!
The MSPA workshops are not just interesting in the sense of content, but also give you a chance to meet and exchange thoughts with colleagues from other mystery shopping firms in the rest of Europe.

About certification
The MSPA recognizes that Mystery Shopping is a profession, not just a hobby.
It‘s important for your company to work with professional Mystery Shoppers, that‘s why MSPA developed this on-line European Certification program. In these different times, it‘s really important to hire the best!
This certification will help you to stand out in the crowd.
For the moment the MSPA Certification test is available in English however in the upcoming months the program will be launched in more languages:
English – French – Russian – Polish – Latvian – Lithuanian – Estonian – Portuguese – Romanian – Dutch - Croatian
I herewith like to thank the members that assisted MSPA in translating the text of the certification program!
We can provide you all the elements to put a link about this certification on your website for your mystery shoppers. In case your local language is not available and you want to use the European Certification, please contact me.
We all try to convince our MS clients now, that those who take better care of their clients will win as there will be fewer clients in all markets now. So we have to serve each customer better.
Education and improving skills of staff are crucial – as each employee has to be as efficient as possible now. So my duty is to remind you that the same things apply to both, MS providers and our staff.
