Accreditation Director

The MSPA is committed to delivering real and lasting value to our membership where the use of the MSPA logo acts as a real endorsement to clients, mystery shoppers and the press. We are all collectively proud of our Association and are keen that it is seen in the most favourable way by those that interact with our members.

We have asked the opinions of all of our members regarding maintaining a consistent quality profile for the MSPA in order that it adds the value that all our members desire. As a result of this we have started a new initiative to test the feasibility of an Accreditation scheme for members that has the following objectives:-

• Review best practice from other trade associations
• Establish the scope and criteria for accreditation of members
• Agree (in consultation with membership) clear and measureable criteria that establishes the quality of membership
• Define Membership Entry criteria and continual assessment of members to ensure maintenance of standards
• Quantify likely cost and return for the Association of implementation and any potential impact on membership fees
• Share thinking with other MSPA chapters to consider wider reaching implementation
  

Nigel Cover (biog) and Jøran Enger (biog) will be leading this initiative and will share findings with all members prior to implementation as part of the consultation process. 

Dir. Of Membership Awarding and Organising

Job description:

• Recognising and assessing potential members
• Awarding membership
• Establishing and updating new membership criteria,
• Monitoring that criteria are respected by new and existing members
• Judging where best practices are not met or on\ suspected code violation
• Referring judged cases to the Board for approval
• Communicating with the Board
• Communicating with members(website, newsletter, surveys)

Network Liason Director

This position is aimed at supporting current and expanding activities of MSPA Europe to broader level via triggering internal and external partnership and cooperation with its members, other professional associations and relevant interest groups.

Main functions:

• To research and discover potentially interesting communities and organizations around MSPA Europe.
• To establish, maintain and constantly develop relationships and research areas for cooperation.
• To keep contacts and information sharing flow within MSPA Europe members and beyond, within MS market in general (via network of MSPA coordinators)
