Lisbon Conference 27-29 May 2009

Thank you to all participants and speakers, that joined the MSPA Europe conference in Lisbon 27-29th of May 2009. The theme of the conference was "Changes, Challenges & Opportunities". Experts from the worldwide business of mystery shopping gathered in Lisbon to discuss include mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies. More than 140 delegates, including members of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) from 38 different countries, met to discuss a range of topics of importance to the industry.

During the conference a number of client companies presented case studies showing how they use mystery shopping in different industries and countries. The Welcomes reception on Wednesday and the Dinner cruise on Thursday evening were a success; almost all guests joined both dinners. Afterwards some members explored the nightlife of Lisbon! A wonderful and great experience we never forget!
