MSPA EUROPE MYSTERY SHOPPING OPERATIONS TRAINING WORKSHOP May 21st, 2008 Berlin, Germany

Introduction
MSPA Europe is pleased to announce that in conjunction with Mystery Shopping Executive Training Services (MSETS) www.mysteryshoppingtraining.com it will be running its second one day Mystery Shopping Operations Training Workshop.

The SECOND training will be organised the day prior to the MSPA Europe conference in Berlin on Wednesday May 21st, 2008 at the Mövenpick hotel in Berlin. A limited number of places are available for the workshop and the first participants are confirmed already.

Aim of Workshop
The aim of the workshop is to provide an introduction and understanding of mystery shopping operations for account/project managers working within MSPA Europe member companies. It is aimed at key senior personnel who are responsible for managing mystery shopping programmes and projects and will provide them with an understanding of mystery shopping applications operations and dealing with clients.

Workshop content and format
The workshop will be led by Harvey Gilbert and Helen Turner of MSETS and will cover the following key subjects:

A. Introduction

1. Introductions and delegates expectation
2. What is mystery shopping?
3. What mystery can achieve.
4. The mystery shopping industry and MSPA’s role

B. Mystery Shopping Management

1. Mystery shopping as a business
2. The structure and roles within a mystery shopping provider agency
3. Ethics Integrity and Confidentiality
4. Mystery shoppers:

a. Duties and responsibilities
b. Recruiting and training
c. Selection for projects and briefing
d. Performance assessment and improvement
e. Communications
f. Shopper remuneration, payment, and tax and legal issues.

C. Mystery Shopping In-House Systems

1. Industry specific technology
2. Data receipt quality control and editing
3. Reporting systems
4. Dealing with clients

D. Review of the day and delegates questions

Workshop fee and booking:
The “early bird” delegate fee for attending the BERLIN Workshop is € 295 if you book the workshop latest April 2nd, 2008. After this date an additional €50 will be charged, so don’t wait and reserve your place. The fee includes the workshop, workshop materials, lunch and refreshments.

All bookings are to be made by emailing your name(s), company name and contact details (please refer to the MSPA Europe Workshop 21/5/2008) to europe@mysteryshop.org.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is only possible in writing. If cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to the workshop date; € 35 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purposes. If canceling later then 6 weeks prior to the workshop date the full workshop fee will be charged. You are always in the position to let a colleague take your place in the workshop.

The Workshop will be held at the Mövenpick Hotel, were the annual MSPA conference will be held as well on May 22nd and 23rd 2008.
