The MSPA never, ever, seeks to recruit shoppers, or to ask for payment from them to conduct work. It appears that fraudsters are operating by pretending to be the MSPA, and seeking shopper details by email or telephone.
MSPA Europe advises shoppers not to respond to any email requesting payment from them in advance of conducting assessments.
If any shopper has details of such scams, please send them to europe@mysteryshop.org and we will attempt to persuade them to cease their activities.
